In recent years, Volkswagen Anhui has been exploring innovative models for promoting talent development and cultivating outstanding local talents through "customization" in cooperation with colleges and universities.

  [Explanation] Li Zhiqiang is one of the first batch of students trained by Hefei College and Volkswagen Anhui school-enterprise cooperation. He just graduated this year and is conducting practical training in Volkswagen Anhui.

According to the 6-year training plan jointly formulated by the school and the enterprise, they will serve as "seed engineers" and go to the headquarters of Volkswagen in Germany for training in the future, and engage in the research and development of trial production of new energy vehicles.

  For me, the students are very positive, they are encouraged a lot and learn a lot of new things that they cannot learn in college.

  [Explanation] According to Wang Xiaofeng, Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Hefei University, in the process of cultivating applied talents, the school has carried out in-depth cooperation with German universities and German enterprises, and cultivated engineer talents through the joint establishment of a school-enterprise "dual system" education.

At present, the "Continental Class" cooperating with the German Continental Tire Co., Ltd. has trained six consecutive students, and on this basis, the "Popular Academy" project cooperation has been carried out.

The "Popular Academy" will offer three majors: intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence and big data, and batteries and battery materials, with an initial plan to recruit about 100 people.
