These success stories are fueling the industry.

This autonomous boat has cameras on the front, rear, left and right just like a car.

This delivery robot that goes up and down the stairs was also made by an in-house venture of an automobile company.



It is an idea that the engine developer had since he was a college student, and we plan to operate it in an actual apartment from next month and promote commercialization.



Some large companies select in-house ventures through an audition method that is popular with young employees.



An in-house venture is a system in which a company secures the employment of its employees and shares the investment burden, while sacrificing innovative ideas.



The government also introduced a support program in 2018, and the sales of in-house ventures that received government support last year stood at KRW 73.7 billion, eight times larger than four years ago.



The new government is also planning to introduce policies soon to encourage additional in-house ventures.
