The above-mentioned publicity and promotion of the defendant using the plaintiff's portrait and name in the form of false endorsement is suspected of infringing the plaintiff's right to portrait and name.

  After the trial, the court held that the defendant used the plaintiff's portrait and name without authorization for the purpose of making profits, which seriously violated the plaintiff's legitimate rights and interests.

In the end, the court ruled that the defendant immediately stopped the production and sales of the infringing products and destroyed the inventory of infringing products; publicly apologized to Zhao Liying and compensated 300,000 yuan for economic losses
