Deputy head of the European Commission: EU countries will continue to prepare to stop gas supplies from Russia

The deputy head of the EC added that the European Commission does not expect a complete cessation of Russian gas supplies, but admits a similar scenario.

Earlier it was reported that deliveries would be suspended until July 21 due to scheduled annual maintenance on the gas pipeline.

Russian gas during this period will be supplied to Western and Central Europe only in transit through Ukraine.
