Cupra's first all-electric model is proving to be one of the safest cars on the market, scoring high in all four categories: adult protection (93%), child protection (89%), weak users (73%) and security assistance (80%).
This is a significant result for the Born, which now joins the Formentor and Leon as 5-star cars, once again underlining the brand's commitment to offering vehicles that combine performance and maximum safety.
These excellent results were made possible thanks to the wide range of safety systems, including autonomous emergency braking, 7 airbags (including a central front one), not to mention Front Assist, which in addition to detecting vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists, also includes emergency steering assistance and junction assistance.
