FAS did not receive applications for the purchase of the Delivery Club service

“At the moment, the application for this transaction has not been submitted to the FAS Russia for consideration,” the service noted.

The agency clarified that the position of the FAS regarding the possibility and details of this transaction can be formed only after receiving specific details.

All agreements will be evaluated in accordance with antitrust laws.

Earlier, the media reported that VK and Sberbank were negotiating the sale of Delivery Club, and the long-time competitor Yandex could become a buyer.
