After investigation, Fan Sifeng obtained sales income by live streaming from July 2017 to December 2021. He failed to file tax returns in accordance with the law and underpaid personal income tax of 1.6789 million yuan and underpaid other taxes and fees of 1.0056 million yuan.
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Individual Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, the Tax Collection and Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations, the Xiamen Municipal Taxation Bureau's Inspection Bureau has levied taxes on Fan Sifeng, levied overdue fines and imposed fines on Fan Sifeng. A total of 6.495 million yuan.
Among them, for the tax of 726,800 yuan that cooperated with the inspection and voluntarily repaid, a fine of 0.6 times the amount of 436,100 yuan was imposed; the tax of 113,700 yuan for which the tax declaration was not filed in accordance with the law and did not pay voluntarily, a fine of 1 time was imposed. 113,700 yuan; 1.8201 million yuan of tax evaded by false declaration of hidden income and not voluntarily paid, and a fine of 1.5 times of 2.7302 million yuan.
