The French company specializing in equipment rental Kiloutou is looking for new employees.

Technicians, truck drivers: the profiles sought are very varied.

Invited to the microphone of "France moves" this Monday on Europe 1, the CEO of the company Olivier Colleau explained what he expected from his future employees. 

Like many companies specializing in construction and rental, Kiloutou is currently facing a labor shortage.

on Europe 1. He is seeking to recruit no less than 1,000 new employees.

Truck technicians and drivers

"Construction in the broad sense has labor shortages. Kiloutou is no exception to the rule. We aim to recruit 1,000 people this year and we are doing everything to recruit them well," he said.

And the CEO of Kiloutou is betting on environmental transition to attract talent.

Familiarity and internal promotions

Kiloutou is looking for a wide variety of profiles.

"Technicians, since this is our first category of collaborators. We have 1,000 technicians in total. We are also looking for sales representatives and also truck drivers", details Olivier Colleau, before praising the corporate culture of Kiloutou.

"There are values ​​that are very important to us. The obsession with the customer, the sharing of performance. We have a culture and an atmosphere that are quite special and we have teams that are happy to work", affirms- he at the microphone of Elisabeth Assayag. 

At Kiloutou, "everyone is familiar with each other and it's not a fad".

There are also "a lot of internal promotions".

"I am very proud. I had the opportunity to practice five jobs at Kiloutou", confides Olivier Colleau.
