Hamdan bin Mohammed issues a decision to cancel the fees imposed on agents of airlines and airline offices operating in Dubai
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, issued Council Resolution No. (32) of 2022 canceling fees imposed on agents of airlines and airline offices operating in the Emirate of Dubai.
The decision stipulated that the fees imposed under the instructions issued on March 12, 1985 and Resolution No. (4) of 1998, on the offices of agents of airlines and their branches and airline offices that are not agents operating in the Emirate of Dubai, shall be cancelled.
The instructions issued on March 12, 1985 and Resolution No. (4) of 1998 regarding the fees imposed on the branches of aviation offices, as well as any text in any other resolution to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of Council Resolution No. 32 of 2022, shall be repealed, and shall be enforced from the date of its issuance. , And published in the Official Gazette.
