In the first five months of this year, a total of 506 China-Europe trains were operated in the three provinces of Guangdong, Hunan, and Qiong, a year-on-year increase of 48%; in particular, 108 and 110 China-Europe trains were operated in April and May respectively, and the China-Europe trains in the pipeline were refreshed for two consecutive months. The train routes cover Europe, Asia and Africa

  In March this year, Guangzhou Railway Group cooperated with relevant local government departments to strengthen the top-level design in response to the transportation difficulties and "blocking points" of international trains, and promoted the further expansion of the scale of Guangdong China-Europe trains.

In May, 73 China-Europe freight trains were launched in Guangdong, an increase of 47 trains and an increase of 181% year-on-year.

  On May 30, a China-Africa rail-sea intermodal train loaded with "Made in Hunan" industrial products departed from Zhuzhou North Railway Station and was shipped to Burkina Faso, a western African country, via Guangzhou Nansha Port.

This is the 10th China-Africa rail-sea intermodal train that has been launched in Hunan Province this year.

Sustain the growth of multi-point shipments

At present, 11 international train departure stations in Changsha, Huaihua, Zhuzhou, Hengyang in Hunan Province and Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Jiangmen and other places in Guangdong Province have operated international trains.

  Withstanding the international situation and the impact of the global epidemic, Guangzhou Railway Group has always maintained a strong momentum of joint shipments from the four outbound ports of Manzhouli, Erenhot, Alashankou and Khorgos.

Since March, Guangzhou Railway Group has once again increased its efforts to ship goods through Horgos and Alashankou ports, achieving a steady logarithmic growth in the number of trains.

In May, 60 China-Europe freight trains traveled through these two ports, an increase of 44 trains year-on-year.

  At present, the Changsha China-Europe freight train is rich in goods, including hardware tools, bedding and electromechanical products from the Pearl River Delta, balance cars, motorcycles, lamps, shoes and hats from the Yangtze River Delta, and ceramics from Hunan. , automobiles, machinery parts, daily necessities and other items.

The main sources of goods for the return train are wood, high-quality milk powder, cookies and bread from Europe, as well as cotton yarn and mung beans from Central Asia.
