The department witnessed the registration of 524 pledges of allegiance, worth 1.39 billion dirhams, of which 127 pledged allegiance to land, worth 520 million dirhams, and 397 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, worth 874.71 million dirhams.

A pledge of 24 million dirhams came in the “Al-Markadh” area, as the most important sales of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area, and a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the “Me’aisem First” area.

“Business Bay” topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 85 pledges worth 143 million dirhams, followed by “Dubai Marina” with 49 pledges worth 123 million dirhams, and the third in “Burj Khalifa” with 30 pledges worth 96 million dirhams.
