　　According to the "Plan", the subsidy object is a natural person car owner, who needs to scrap or transfer out of the city's passenger vehicle registered in the city for more than one year during the period from 0:00 on June 1, 2022 to 24:00 on December 31, 2022 If you purchase a new energy passenger car from an automobile sales enterprise in this city, issue a "Uniform Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales", and complete the licensing procedures for newly purchased new energy passenger cars before February 28, 2023.

　　After the application has passed the information review of old and new cars, and the vehicles meet the application conditions, according to the actual situation, refer to the specific subsidy method of the "Plan" to obtain a subsidy of 8,000 yuan or 10,000 yuan.

For scrapped or transferred out of new energy passenger cars, a subsidy of 8,000 yuan per car is given; for scrapped or transferred out of other types of passenger cars (non-new energy) for 1-6 years, a subsidy of 8,000 yuan per car; scrapped or transferred out for use For other types of passenger vehicles (non-new energy) for more than 6 years (inclusive), a subsidy of 10,000 yuan per vehicle will be given.

　　When interpreting the "Plan", the Municipal Bureau of Commerce stated that scrapping means that individual car owners scrap their cars under their personal names in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Recycling of Scrap Motor Vehicles" and its implementation rules, and obtain valid " Scrap Motor Vehicle Recycling Certificate and Motor Vehicle Cancellation Certificate, and complete the cancellation registration procedures.

Transfer out means that the ownership of the car under the name of the car owner is transferred and registered outside Beijing.

Scrapped or transferred passenger cars refer to small and mini-buses that have been registered in the name of individual consumers for more than one year and whose fuel types are gasoline, diesel, gas, hybrid and pure electric drives.

Newly purchased new energy passenger cars refer to small and miniature pure electric drive passenger vehicles included in the catalog of recommended models for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles.
