The 'Nuriho', developed only with our technology, will be launched today (the 1st).

Let's hear the story of today's launch in more detail by connecting the sites that have been prepared for launch.

Reporter Hong Seung-yeon, did the launch preparations go smoothly?

<Reporter>

Yes, I am at the Naro Space Center where the launch of the 'Nuri' is scheduled.

It is about 3km away from the 2nd launch pad of the Nuriho.

At 6:30 last night, the Nuri-ho completed its last inspection smoothly and is standing on the launch pad.

So far, the scheduled launch time is 4:00 pm, but the exact time will be announced at 2:30 at the launch management committee meeting today.

If there are no problems, fuel and oxidizer injection will start 4 hours before launch.

10 minutes before launch, the Nuri will go into automatic operation that checks its own condition, and the countdown for launch begins.

The last variable that remains is the weather. How is the local weather today?

<Reporter>

Yes, it is somewhat cloudy here, but there is hardly any wind.

The launch was sometimes delayed due to strong winds a day before the scheduled launch date, but high-rise winds up to 10 km above the air that have a direct impact have been stable so far.

The anti-accidental agency plans to measure the high winds four more times before launch.

The rainy season was also a variable, and the current rainy season front spans Japan from the southern seas of Jeju, so it does not seem to affect the Goheung area today.
