According to Manturov, the bulk of the products delivered through parallel imports were car parts, consumer products that go to stores, and critical imports.
In May, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade approved the list of goods allowed for parallel imports into the country.
The list includes, in particular, cosmetic products, chemical components, clothing items, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, vehicles and others.
The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill allowing the import of goods into Russia without the consent of the right holders in 2022.
