<Anchor> This

is a friendly economic time.

Today (17th), I will be with reporter Han Ji-yeon.

Yesterday, the government announced the economic policy direction.

But looking at the contents, I heard that the securities transaction tax is reduced.

<Reporter> The

stock market is not doing well these days, but that's good news.

Starting next year, the tax you pay when buying and selling stocks will be slightly reduced.

The securities transaction tax, which currently paid 0.23% in the KOSPI and 0.25% in the KOSDAQ, will be unified to 0.2% from next year.

The original plan was to cut it to 0.15%, but it is a financial investment income tax that was planned to be implemented next year, a tax levied on stock income exceeding 50 million won.

Instead of delaying the implementation by two years, the scope of the cut was reduced.

During this period, the stock transfer tax levied on the original major shareholder will remain in effect, but the standard for major shareholder will be greatly increased from KRW 1 billion per item to KRW 10 billion.

But, how many people in Korea have 10 billion won in one stock?

Since most of them, except for a few, do not have to pay taxes, there may be a controversy as to whether the tax is reduced for the rich.

The virtual asset tax, which was also scheduled to be implemented next year, will also be deferred for two more years.

And the length of the maternity leave period is also extended like this?

<Reporter>

Yes, if you give birth now, you can take a year off.

In the future, the plan will be extended to 1 year and 6 months by adding half a year.

After giving birth, there are many things that your spouse needs to take care of.

But right now, you can only use it for ten days.

It seems that this will be increased in the future, but the period will be determined after a fact-finding survey and opinion gathering.

There is also talk of extending the time for elementary school daycare classes, which is currently until 7pm, by one hour.

However, policies to raise the fertility rate need to be radically changed.

So far, there have been many events.

How much money will I give you when you have children, something like this.

However, it would be difficult to sacrifice the cost and time to raise children without a large amount of money for a person who does not intend to have a large child.

Childcare support for dual-income earners, economic support after kindergarten, and a social system that can use parental leave should be supported.

Will customers of the four major commercial banks now be able to view financial services at the post office?

<Reporter>

Yes, it will start in November at the earliest. At 2,500 post offices, Kookmin, Shinhan, Woori, and Hana Bank customers will be able to perform simple banking tasks such as deposits and withdrawals and inquiries without commission.

As commercial banks are closing their stores these days, it has become very difficult for the digitally vulnerable, such as the elderly, to see banking.

So, we decided to use the post office, which has the effect of nearly doubling the number of offline stores.

Going one step further, we decided to promote the introduction of a banking agency system to enable simple banking operations in retailers and secondary financial institutions.

In this way, you can apply for foreign exchange trading at a travel agency or get a small loan at a department store.

You can already make small withdrawals and change deposits at convenience stores.

The one-time limit has been raised from 10,000 won to 50,000 won.

Finally, a reporter today seems to be different from usual, did you come out wearing a tie like me?

(Yes, they say it's trendy among Generation Z these days.) Is this a fad?

(Yes. How are you?) You get along well.

(Thank you.)

<Reporter>

These days, it is said that it is used when you need to create a formal atmosphere or to save points like this. Former Democratic Party co-chairman Park Ji-hyun wore a tie like that while voting.

Celebrities also use it as a fashion item.

Even on social media, there is a way to tie a tie for women, but it can be seen as a kind of 'genderless' fashion that breaks down gender boundaries.

Men's skirts were also in vogue.

Nail art is also available for both men and women.

The underwear also looks like the border between men and women has been blurred. Women's boxer shorts and men's panties made of floral lace also became popular.

Unlike unisex, which means unisex, genderless has a difference in that it is neuter that emphasizes humanism by integrating the male and female aspects into one.

The essence is that 'individuals', not men and women, become the center.
