"Eni confirms that Gazprom has announced a limited reduction in gas supplies for today by about 15%," the company's press service told TASS.

Eni noted that the reasons for the reduction are not disclosed at the moment.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said earlier that about half of the 54 companies that are Gazprom Export's clients opened ruble accounts to pay for Russian gas.

The head of the analytical department of AMarkets, Artyom Deev, spoke in an interview with FAN about the supply of Russian gas to Europe.
