The decision included the necessity of having sufficient insurance on the means to compensate for its use or for the personal accidents or material damages it may cause, provided that the value of coverage for one accident shall not be less than 10 million dirhams, with the need to comply with all requirements and standards set by the authority on the experience and operation of marine means.
