It's definitely Restomod's big week, since after the Jaguar E-Type and the Ferrari Testarossa that we also presented to you, a third example of this trend has just been unveiled.

It was Nardone Automotive, a company founded by a lover of Porsches – and the 928 in particular – which took on the project.

And the least we can say is that there was a lot of work.

Carbon

For example, connoisseurs will immediately see that the bodywork has been significantly widened at the level of the fenders by means of new elements made of carbon.

The new forged rims are inspired by those originally fitted to the car, and the 100% LED light units have been recreated, while respecting the original look.

The interior is also noticeably modernized.

We can even say that the dashboard and the central console are unrecognizable as they have been refined.

Exit the large meter module, Nardone has created a new handset with a single analog dial, flanked by two digital displays.

For multimedia, it is in the Porsche Classic Management System catalog that we went to draw.

Finally, we note that the dressing renews the spirit of the time of the 928, since it uses leather and Alcantara, whose brown would not have denoted in the Seventies.

Finally, the mechanics: the atmospheric V8 is still there.

Although it is not specified, it is probably the ultimate 5.4-liter version, which developed 350 hp.

Thanks to a few interventions, in particular on the electronic management, it now reaches 400 hp.

As for the original 5-speed manual transmission, it is replaced by a 6-speed manual.

Of course, everything else is adapted: steering and adaptive suspensions, modern brakes, Michelin Pilot Sport tyres... In short, the venerable Porsche 928 is converted into a modern GT that we will enjoy using on a daily basis.

At what price ?

The information is not communicated...
