Wasl Real Estate: Indicators of Emirati youth’s tendency towards real estate investment are rising

The total area of ​​the wasl gate project is 1.13 million square meters, and upon completion it will include approximately 7,000 housing units, in addition to hospitality services, community and recreational facilities, and many restaurants and cafes spread throughout.

The project will also be in close proximity to free zones, including Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), DMCC, Dubai Internet City, Dubai World Central and Dubai Parks and Resorts.

Wasl Gate will also include a central garden, a dog park, many water attractions and children's play areas, to be one of the most attractive destinations to live, work and visit.
