2.8 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions today

The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 2.8 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 258 pledges of allegiance, valued at 628.01 million dirhams, of which 38 pledges of allegiance to land, with a value of 193.18 million dirhams, and 220 sales of apartments and villas, with a value of 434.82 million dirhams.

The most important land sales of 68 million dirhams in the area of ​​Al Barsha south of the fourth, followed by a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of 9 million dirhams in the fourth Habiya area.

The fifth district of Al-Habiya topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 23 pledges worth 58 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali area with 6 pledges of 18 million dirhams, and the third in Al-Markadh with two pledges of 11 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 18 million dirhams was pledged in the second district of Al-Hubiya as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 9 million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 9 million dirhams in the fifth Al-Thinya area.

The Burj Khalifa area topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, as it recorded 25 pledges of allegiance to a value of 73 million dirhams, followed by the Al Wasl area with 18 pledges of 56 million dirhams, and the third in Dubai Marina with 17 pledges of 33 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 2.08 billion dirhams, including 7 mortgages of land worth 28.38 million dirhams and 57 mortgages of villas and apartments worth 2.05 billion dirhams.

As for donations, 13 donations worth AED 90.27 million were registered, the most important of which were in the Jumeirah First area with a value of AED 67 million and another in the Dubai Marina area with a value of AED 8 million.
