Central Bank: Russia's foreign trade surplus in January-May rose to $124.3 billion

It is reported by TASS with reference to the preliminary estimates of the Central Bank.

It is clarified that in this way this indicator increased by more than 2.7 times compared to the figures for the same period in 2021.

It is also indicated that at the same time, the surplus of the account of the balance of payments of Russia in January-May 2022 increased by 3.4 times, to $110.3 billion.

Earlier, the Central Bank reported that Russia's international reserves as of June 3 amounted to $591.3 billion.
