The total number of medium hotel apartments reached 12,699 hotel apartments within 110 facilities, compared to 12,967 luxury apartments within 82 facilities. Hotel apartments in their medium and luxury categories topped the occupancy rates recorded in all other hotel market categories.

Khojaly pointed out that the strong demand for tourism in Dubai was reflected in the increase in the average hotel nights spent by visitors compared to 2019 levels, noting that the services offered by Dubai, in addition to the attractiveness of its entertainment destinations, make it a major destination for various categories of visitors and from all markets, including This is for people who want to work remotely.
