Hotels in the country have launched offers during the summer season that include price reductions on reservations, and value-added offers.

The offers monitored by "Emirates Today" included granting free nights when booking a certain number of nights, early morning check-in from nine in the morning, and late check-out until four in the evening, while hotels offered offers on booking suites, a summer camp for children, and price discounts on restaurants. and hotel facilities.

Director of Marketing at the Gulf Court Business Bay, Ashraf Ayyad, said that the hotel management has put forward offers on the occasion of the summer season, including seven nights stay for five nights only, in addition to discounts of up to 31% when booking suites, and offers on meals.

He added, "The summer season witnesses wide competition in the hotel sector, with discount offers that will continue most of them until the end of next September, which stimulates domestic tourism and accommodation in hotels during that period."

He explained that the different offers offered depend on the policies adopted in each hotel, and the hotel capacity, indicating that it is difficult for some hotels to accept early registration and late checkout in large proportions in light of the presence of a limited number of rooms, while those offers are commensurate with hotels that have a large number. of rooms.

In turn, Islam Jamal, sales manager at Hyde Dubai Hotel, said that the hotel's offers on the occasion of the summer season include discount packages on accommodation, in addition to price reductions on restaurants and hotel facilities at rates ranging between 20 and 40%.

He stressed that the offers continue until the end of the summer season, and contribute significantly to attracting guests and stimulating domestic tourism, pointing out that the offers offered in the hospitality market range from price reductions or value-added offers based on granting privileges to guests when purchasing certain services.

In the same context, Mahmoud Saveni, Director of Sales and Marketing at Mövenpick Hotel Marjan Island, said that the expanded competitiveness during the summer season contributes to raising the shares of hotels and resorts in attracting customers, pointing out that the offers vary according to the marketing policies of each hotel.

He revealed that the hotel will offer promotional offers during the summer season that will focus on attracting customers from the local market, the Gulf and international markets, in addition to launching a summer camp for children aged between four and 17 years, as an added value for customers, and an option to obtain summer services that suit the interests of families.
