From the beginning as an individual doing housekeeping, after a long time, Wang Guangwei developed the idea of starting a housekeeping company.
In 2006, he established the first housekeeping company in Lucheng, Guangwei Housekeeping.
"I just set up a company, but I don't know how to develop the market. I asked other people. I also read newspapers and books, and paid attention to relevant information on TV. I gradually learned and thought about it." Wang Guangwei said that later, he formulated a three-year market development plan. Each unit issued business cards, introduced service items, and carried out preferential activities for cleaning glass in some communities on weekends. "Although they lost money, they gained credibility and gradually expanded the market."
On the basis of traditional and simple household cleaning services, he is also exploring the extension of the housekeeping chain. Housekeeping services such as installation and paint have been gradually increased. At present, the company provides door-to-door car washing, insect control and disinfecting, home appliance maintenance, ground anti-skid, plumbing Services such as dredging, wall mold removal, etc., meet the diverse needs of consumers.
As the company grows step by step, more and more people join his team. Up to now, he has driven more than 200 people to be employed.
"After entering the company, everyone will first carry out training, including safety training, skills training, etc. After a few days of theoretical training, they will go out with skilled employees to practice." Wang Guangwei said that after taking up the job, he will arrange job opportunities for everyone and use the knowledge that he has mastered. Technology to increase revenue.
