“Despite the sanctions war unleashed against us, we have ensured stability in the economy, a balanced ruble exchange rate, we are actively engaged in the creation of new production and logistics chains, and we are creating appropriate conditions for the implementation of promising projects,” Mishustin said.

Earlier, Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov said in an interview with NSN that an industrial quarter with an area of ​​21 hectares will appear in Moscow in the Novogireevo district. 

According to him, investments in the implementation of the project will amount to 22 billion rubles, and revenues to the budget of the capital will exceed 975 million rubles a year.
