Al Rowad Real Estate Company, which specializes in real estate marketing and consultancy, announced the launch of a special community initiative to train young citizens in the real estate sector.

The initiative specifically targets: university youth, recent graduates from various state universities, and under 28 years old.

The founder and CEO of Al Rowad Real Estate, the direct supervisor of the training course, Ismail Al Hammadi, said: “The initiative came in our keenness to enhance the presence of the national cadre in the real estate sector, and in support of the national strategy for Emiratisation in the private sector,” noting that the real estate sector, despite its Its momentum and position in the economic equation, it still lacks a national cadre, which requires us to make more efforts and establish effective initiatives to grant specialized training opportunities to young people, to introduce them to this sector and its advantages, and to bring them closer to the field of work in it.

The training program included in this initiative includes the areas of real estate marketing that focus on public relations campaigns, media studies, designing real estate advertisements and electronic marketing campaigns, as well as training in the field of customer service and sales, and brokerage in the sale and rental of real estate.

The training period lasts for a month, divided between two weeks for distance theoretical training, and two weeks for field training, which includes many interactive activities, and workshops designed by members to identify and enhance their skills.
