Earlier, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that Russia has funds in its accounts to fulfill its obligations in full even under sanctions.

Mark Goykhman, chief economist at the TeleTrade information and analytical center, commented on the situation with Russia's public debt. 

In an interview with the Izvestiya newspaper, he stated that the Ministry of Finance would instruct foreign agent banks to make payments from their foreign currency accounts with them in favor of creditors.
