For families of workers who do not own housing and rent commercial housing in the administrative region of Beijing, and have difficulties due to the impact of the epidemic, the rental withdrawal limit will be increased from 1,500 yuan per person to 2,000 yuan per month.

  In terms of helping enterprises and employees to relieve their difficulties, the contents of the notice are as follows:

  (1) Support enterprises to defer payment of housing provident fund.

If an enterprise is in difficulty due to the impact of the epidemic, it can apply to the Central State Organ Housing Fund Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the Fund Center) to postpone the payment of the housing provident fund.

During the deferment period, the housing provident fund is regarded as the normal payment and deposit, and the withdrawal of the housing provident fund by the employees and the application for the personal housing loan from the housing provident fund (hereinafter referred to as the personal loan) will not be affected.

  (2) Increase the withdrawal amount of housing provident fund for rental housing.

For families of workers who do not own housing and rent commercial housing in the administrative region of Beijing, and have difficulties due to the impact of the epidemic, the rental withdrawal limit will be increased from 1,500 yuan per person to 2,000 yuan per month.

  (3) Personal loans will not be treated as overdue.

If employees have difficulties due to the impact of the epidemic and fail to repay their personal loans normally, they will not be dealt with overdue, no penalty interest will be calculated, and they will not be reported to the credit bureau as an overdue record.

  The implementation period of the above policy is tentatively set to December 31, 2022.

In addition, the notice also puts forward specific requirements on simplifying business procedures and smoothing online and offline business channels.
