Barely appointed, the government is already active.
We must indeed move quickly to respond to the concerns of the French before the legislative elections.
If nothing can be voted on before the election of the deputies, the new government wants to show that it is in the starting blocks.
Its priority will be in particular the protection of the French against inflation.
Bercy has been working on this issue of inflation for several weeks already.
But the idea is to move up a gear.
Everyone will therefore be at work this Sunday in order to prepare for the meetings scheduled for tomorrow with the economic players.

The government is indeed working on a purchasing power law for this summer with in particular the revaluation of retirement pensions, the targeting of fuel aid or even a food check.
But the state has already spent 26 billion euros to protect the French from inflation and the bill will increase further.
However, Emmanuel Macron has pledged to bring the public deficit below 3% of GDP by the end of the five-year term.
Bercy would therefore like everyone to make an effort.

Elisabeth Borne will meet with the unions
It is for this reason that Bruno Le Maire must meet the CPME and the MEDEF to ask them to make an effort on salaries or the payment of the Macron bonus, the amount of which can now go up to 6,000 euros.
It will also receive large retailers and the building federation.
