Employers should comply with the industrial access policy of the new area, be registered in the new area, and pay taxes in normal business operations.

  According to the annual settlement plan, the Public Service Bureau of the Management Committee of Hebei Xiong'an New District draws up the annual points to settle personnel according to the applicant's points from high to low.

If the publicity period expires and meets the requirements for settlement and obtains the qualification for annual points settlement, the applicant can go through the settlement procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations.

The qualification for settlement is reserved for 2 years, and those who fail to apply within the time limit will be deemed to have given up on their own.

  According to the implementation rules, the indicators of settlement points include age indicators, educational background indicators, professional technical titles and skill level indicators, legal and stable employment indicators, legal and stable residence indicators, honor recognition indicators, innovation and entrepreneurship indicators, personal tax indicators, illegal behavior indicators, Bad credit indicators.

  In addition, if the personnel of the organs, groups, enterprises and institutions that have been transferred from Beijing's non-capital functions to relieve and transfer the functions undertaken by the Xiongan New Area apply for points to settle in, they will earn 3 points for each full year of continuous payment of employee social insurance premiums during their stay in Beijing, and 3 points for each full year of continuous residence. 1 point.

The period of continuous payment of employee social insurance premiums and the period of continuous residence are calculated from April 1, 2017.

  The detailed implementation rules stipulate that if the applicant provides false certification materials, the applicant's qualification for applying for points settlement in the current year and the next five years will be cancelled; if the permanent resident registration in the new district has been obtained, the public security department will cancel it and move it back to the original household registration location.

If the employer assists in providing false certification materials, its application for points settlement will not be accepted in the current year and within the next 5 years.

The untrustworthy behavior of applicants and employers during the process of settling the points will be included in the new district digital credit information platform.
