7.2 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than 7.2 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 1,556 pledges of allegiance to the value of 4.72 billion dirhams, of which 228 were allegiance to land, with a value of 1.14 billion dirhams, and 1,328 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 3.58 billion dirhams.

The most important land pledges of 128 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of 85 million dirhams in the Al-Markadh area, followed by a pledge of 44 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

Al-Habiya district topped the fifth regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 117 pledges worth 313 million dirhams, followed by Al-Markadh area, with 22 pledges, worth 222 million dirhams, and the third in Al-Lifra 2, with 19 pledges worth 25 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 82 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area was the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 82 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 54 million dirhams in the Al-Markadh area.

The Burj Khalifa area topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 240 pledges worth 848 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area with 159 pledges worth 210 million dirhams, and the third in Dubai Marina with 134 pledges worth 354 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 2.28 billion dirhams, including 57 mortgages of land worth 685.33 million dirhams and 259 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 1.6 billion dirhams.

As for the donations, 171 donations worth 287.8 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in the Dubai Marina with a value of 57 million dirhams, and another in the Business Bay area with a value of 54 million dirhams.
