Dazhou Jinya Airport, with a total investment of about 2.662 billion yuan, is located in Jinya Town, the city's high-tech zone, 19 kilometers away from the main urban area.
The airport runway is 2,600 meters long and 45 meters wide, with 16 apron seats and a terminal building area of 31,600 square meters.

In the context of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, Dazhou Jinya Airport was completed and put into operation, which serves as an air bridge for the strategic fulcrum of the revitalization of the north wing of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

In the future, the airport will form a modern comprehensive transportation hub in northeastern Sichuan together with the Chengdu-Dawan, West-Chongqing high-speed railway and Dazhou expressway network.
