RBC was told about this by two sources in the financial market.

“Deutsche Bank now has a few correspondent accounts with small Russian banks that do not attract attention, which have few transactions,” one of the sources said, adding that if the number of transactions at the bank grows, then Deutsche Bank closes the account.

On March 12, Deutsche Bank announced the closure of the remaining business in Russia.

It is noted that the German financial institution does not intend to participate in new projects in Russia.
