In the first four months, Guangdong's general trade imports and exports were 1.4 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.1%, accounting for 55% of Guangdong's total foreign trade value; processing trade imports and exports fell by 1.9%, accounting for 25.9% of Guangdong's total foreign trade value.

In the first four months, ASEAN was Guangdong's largest trading partner. Guangdong's imports and exports to ASEAN increased by 2.8%, accounting for 15.7% of Guangdong's total foreign trade value; imports and exports to the United States increased by 15%; and the EU increased by 6.3%.

In the first four months, Guangdong's exports of mechanical and electrical products increased by 3.1%, accounting for 68.1% of the total export value.

Among them, the exports of integrated circuits, electrical equipment, automatic data processing equipment and their parts and components increased by 7.1%, 12.7% and 18% respectively.

　　Imports of grain and crude oil increased, while imports of coal and iron ore decreased.

In the first four months, Guangdong's grain imports increased by 40.8%; crude oil increased by 39.2%; coal decreased by 32.4%; iron ore decreased by 15.6%.

During the same period, Guangdong's import of integrated circuits increased by 7.4%, accounting for 36.5% of Guangdong's total import value.
