Wang Daoshu said that with regard to illegal and criminal acts of defrauding tax refunds, he insisted on hitting them when they showed up, hitting the small ones early, and hitting hard when they were right. From April 1st to May 16th, a total of 2,880 enterprises suspected of defrauding tax refunds were filed and inspected. There have been 118 cases of tax fraud that have been publicly exposed across the country, sending a strong signal that "tax fraud will be severely punished" and "violation of the law will be severely punished".
Wang Daoshu also said that a total of 25 cases of negligence and dereliction of duty by tax officials have been exposed, especially a very small number of cases of internal and external collusion that have been filed for review, showing a firm attitude of "zero tolerance" and resolutely "struggling to strike iron must be hard on its own."
