Zhongxin Finance, May 10 (Reporter Zhao Jianhua) The Ministry of Finance and the National Health Commission recently jointly issued a notice that from July 1, 2022, the support standards of the special support system for family planning families will be raised.
The standard of special assistance for families with only one child who died has been raised from 450 yuan per person per month to 590 yuan per person per month; the standard of special assistance for families with only one child who is disabled has been raised from 350 yuan per person per month to 460 yuan per person per month.
The standard of special subsidy for patients with complications from first-level family planning surgery has been raised from 400 yuan per person per month to 520 yuan per person per month; 390 yuan per person per month; the special subsidy standard for persons with complications from third-level family planning operations has been raised from 200 yuan per person per month to 260 yuan per person per month.
The funds required to adjust the standards shall be jointly borne by the central finance and local finance and included in the annual financial budget according to regulations.
All localities should earnestly implement their responsibilities for fund security, strengthen fund management, and ensure that special assistance funds are issued in a timely and full amount according to the adjusted standards.
