In particular, since the "Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Market Entities" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") were officially implemented on March 1, 2.950 million new market entities were established nationwide that month, a year-on-year increase of 19.3%.
The relevant person in charge of the State Administration for Market Regulation analyzed that under the combined effect of macro policies and the efforts of market players, my country's market players showed strong resilience in the first quarter and maintained a stable development overall.
The first month of implementation of the "Regulations" has achieved remarkable results, and the registration has become more standardized and convenient.
After the implementation of the "Regulations" and supporting regulations, the registration materials have been simplified, the number of registration application documents has been reduced from 25 to 16, and 6 certification materials such as the capital contribution by the relevant competent authorities of non-corporate enterprise legal persons have been cancelled.
The registration efficiency has been further improved. The original "acceptance + approval" process has been merged into the registration confirmation process, and the acceptance link has been cancelled.
It is more convenient to cancel and withdraw, and the scope of application of simplified cancellation has been expanded to various market entities.
The industrial structure of newly established enterprises continued to be optimized, and the scientific and technological information service industry performed well.
In the first quarter, newly established enterprises in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery increased by 10.6% year-on-year, and the basic position of agriculture continued to be solid.
The scientific and technological information service industry developed rapidly, among which the newly established enterprises in the scientific research and technical service industry increased by 10.7% year-on-year.
The newly added foreign-invested enterprises had a stable start.
In the first quarter, more than 10,000 foreign-funded enterprises were established nationwide, which was basically the same as the previous year.
More than 70% of newly established foreign-invested enterprises are concentrated in wholesale and retail, scientific research and technical services, leasing and business services, as well as information transmission, software and information technology services.
