The employees drew 30.128 billion yuan from the housing provident fund, and supported employees in purchasing and building 10.1681 million square meters of houses.

　　In 2021, there will be 8,596 newly opened housing provident fund units in Shanxi Province, with a net increase of 2,506 units; 339,400 newly opened employees, with a net increase of 117,300 employees; 51,941 paid units, with 3,549,100 paid employees, and a paid deposit of 5,00.85 billion.

At the end of 2021, the total amount of deposits was 410.733 billion yuan; the balance of deposits was 166.222 billion yuan.

　　Among the number of employee loans, the building area of ​​houses purchased is less than 90 (inclusive) square meters, accounting for 9.82%; 90 to 144 (inclusive) square meters account for 79.25%; and more than 144 square meters account for 10.93%.

The purchase of new houses accounted for 90.11% (of which the purchase of affordable housing accounted for 0.29%), the purchase of second-hand houses accounted for 9.44%, the construction, renovation and overhaul of self-occupied houses accounted for 0.18%, and the others accounted for 0.27%.

　　Among the loan employees, 23.09% are under 30 years old (inclusive), 47.84% are 30 to 40 years old (inclusive), 21.99% are 40 to 50 years old (inclusive), and 7.08% are over 50 years old; Loans accounted for 80.88%, and 19.12% applied for loans for purchasing two or more sets; middle and low income accounted for 98.22%, and high income accounted for 1.78%.
