Recently, the first batch of five community buses in Xi'an have been officially opened, providing a new option for citizens to travel by public transportation. Citizens can enjoy convenient and efficient bus travel services at their doorsteps.
In addition, Xi'an Chengtou Bus Group also launched an exclusive WeChat service. Each community bus line will also establish a "Bus to Home" WeChat group to understand and solve citizens' opinions, suggestions and actual needs in a timely manner.
