Nord Stream 2 AG has filed a request to stop proceedings in the case of violation of EU laws

“On March 1, 2022, Nord Stream 2 AG filed a request to stay the arbitration proceedings.

The Arbitration Tribunal has canceled hearings scheduled for the end of June 2022," TASS reported.

Previously, Nord Stream 2 AG reported that it is making the necessary efforts to comply with applicable rules and requirements of German and EU legislation.

In November, the German regulator suspended the certification of Nord Stream 2 AG as an independent gas pipeline operator.
