1. "JYPC National Vocational Qualification Examination Certification Center" and Jiangsu Yingcai Company are not vocational skills assessment and appraisal institutions filed in accordance with the relevant regulations of the national vocational qualification management, and the institution and the "registered vocational qualification certificate" issued by it are not in the country. In the "Catalogue of Vocational Qualifications" issued, it does not belong to the vocational qualification certificates recognized by the state.
This institution is also not a professional skill level accreditation institution registered by the Human Resources and Social Security Department, and the information on the certificates issued by it cannot be queried on the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Skilled Talent Evaluation Work Network (osta.mohrss.gov.cn).
2.
