Gazprom has completely suspended gas supplies to Bulgargaz (Bulgaria) and PGNiG (Poland) due to non-payment in rubles," Gazprom said in its Telegram channel.
The company added that Gazprom Export had not received payments for gas supplies in April from these companies as of the close of business on April 26.
Earlier, the Ministry of Energy of Bulgaria stated that Gazprom had informed Bulgargaz about the cessation of gas supplies from April 27.
It was also reported that the Polish company PGNiG refused to pay for Russian gas in rubles.
