In May, it will be possible to use holiday vouchers directly online to be able to buy a train ticket.

A small revolution, which will be possible on the application and the SNCF website, while it is currently necessary to go to the station.

Europe 1 explains everything to you.

It's a small revolution that could well be a relief for many French people.

It will soon be possible to pay for SNCF train tickets online using holiday vouchers.

With an update to come in May of the SNCF Connect application, it will no longer be necessary to go through a shop in the station.

Dematerialize your checks in two clicks

A welcome development, as there are fewer and fewer ticket offices in stations.

Consequence: the wait is often long, and it sometimes takes several days to get an appointment.

A far from smooth experience.

But with this change, requested for a long time by users, it will be possible to dematerialize holiday vouchers directly on the website of the National Association of Holiday Checks (ANCV), under the "exchanges" section.

It then remains to use them on the SNCF site and application when purchasing train tickets.

Note however that to benefit from this option, you will have to send the holiday vouchers to the ANCV by post.
