... are some of the adjectives that were heard yesterday in the Congress of Deputies in a key session for the future Housing Law in which experts from different institutions and specialties submitted the standard under review.

Union of Tenants and Tenants

However, one of the most striking parts of his speech had to do precisely with that definition of large owners that forms the backbone of the bill approved by the Council of Ministers.

the General Council of Property Registrars of Spain

, who asked the Government to "use their records for leases and enable the effectiveness of the rule".

Perteguer claimed the role of the registrars to prepare the Rental Price Index on which the entire income limitation mechanism proposed by the Ministry of Transport is based.

The index was born already obsolete because the latest available data refer to past years, so there is a
