  At the beginning of April this year, the original owner of the trademark, Australian Health Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Australia Health Products Company"), transferred the relevant trademarks to Australia YPL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YPL Company").

  Xin Xuan's official Weibo said in a statement that on January 1, 2021, Kazakhstan Trading Company was authorized by Aojian Production Company to have the right to produce, sell, use and promote the YPL trademark. The authorization period is 2021.01.01-2026.12. 31, and a transferable license.

  The statement also stated that there was a dispute between Aojian and YPL over granting a third party the use of the trademark before and after the transfer, so YPL said that the products promoted in Dandan’s live broadcast room “do not belong to the products of the YPL brand”.
