In terms of further promoting tax reduction and fee reduction, it is necessary to continue to optimize the direct mechanism of tax reduction and fee reduction policies, and expand the reduction and exemption of "six taxes and two fees".
In terms of strengthening financial service functions, we will strive to provide no less than 30 billion yuan in re-loans and no less than 15 billion yuan in rediscounts in 2022.
