　　On the evening of April 21, China Mobile and China Unicom disclosed their first quarterly reports. So far, the first quarterly reports of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom have all been disclosed.

According to a rough calculation by a reporter from Securities Daily, in the first quarter of this year, the three major operators achieved a total operating income of 434.898 billion yuan and a net profit of 34.854 billion yuan.

Based on a total of 90 days in the first quarter of this year, the three major operators achieved an average daily operating income of 4.832 billion yuan and a net profit of 387 million yuan in the first quarter.

　　Specifically, in the first quarter of 2022, China Mobile achieved operating income of 227.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%; main business income was 193.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.1%; other business income was 33.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61.6%.

During the same period, the company's net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 25.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%.

　　The announcement disclosed by China Telecom shows that in the first quarter of 2022, the company's operating income was 118.576 billion yuan, an increase of 11.5% over the same period last year.

Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 7.223 billion yuan, an increase of 12.1% over the same period last year.

　　In the first quarter, China Unicom's revenue and profit achieved the highest level in the same period since its listing.

The operating income of China Unicom reached 89.022 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2% over the same period last year, and the main business income reached 81.197 billion yuan, an increase of 9.8% over the same period last year; the net profit attributable to the parent company reached 2.031 billion yuan, an increase of 20.0% over the same period last year.

　　In the first quarter of this year, the penetration of 5G package users of the three major operators continued to increase.

According to the first quarterly report data disclosed by the three major operators, the three major operators have a total of 849 million 5G package users.

　　As of March 31, 2022, the total number of China Mobile mobile customers was approximately 967 million, of which the total number of 5G package customers reached 467 million, and the total number of 5G network customers reached 233 million. The customer structure continues to be optimized.

China Telecom's mobile subscribers increased by 7.11 million, reaching approximately 380 million, and 5G package users had a net increase of 22.95 million, reaching approximately 211 million, with a penetration rate of 55.5% and a mobile user ARPU of 45.1 yuan.

The scale of China Unicom's "Big Connect" users reached a new high, reaching a total of 779 million.

The company's 5G package users reached 171 million, driving the company's main mobile business revenue to 41.986 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.2%.
