Gao Feng said that in view of the shortcomings and weaknesses that restrict the development of county-level commerce, we will focus on four aspects: First, we will speed up the improvement of the shortcomings of county-level business networks, and support the upgrading and transformation of a number of township business centers, supermarkets, and bazaars.
The second is to improve the three-level logistics distribution system in counties and villages, support the construction and transformation of a number of county-level logistics distribution centers and township express logistics sites, and develop joint distribution.
The third is to extend and optimize the supply chain system, support a group of large-scale circulation enterprises to sink into the supply chain, provide direct supply and direct sales, centralized procurement, and daily life services such as meal ordering and housekeeping, and improve the quality of rural goods and services.
The fourth is to improve the upward capacity of agricultural products, support the construction of a number of commercial processing facilities such as agricultural product sorting and primary processing, and drive farmers to increase their income.
