American "Discoveryland" develops a luxury golf complex in "Dubai South"
In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Aviation City Corporation, “Dubai South”, the largest major urban development project focused on aviation, logistics and real estate, signed an exclusive agreement with the American company “Discovery Land” specialized in the field of luxury real estate development and operation. Under the agreement, a luxury golf complex will be developed on an area of two square kilometres, and will include luxury homes, high-end villas, an 18-hole golf course, and other premium amenities.
The agreement was signed by Khalifa Al Zaffin, CEO of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Discovery Land, Michael Meldman, in the presence of a number of senior executives from both parties.
Discovery Land had purchased the plot of land that will be used to develop the spacious complex, which will be built according to the highest standards, to be one of the best golf course complexes in the region.

It is noteworthy that "Dubai South" was launched as a project for the Government of Dubai in 2006, and represents an emerging city on an area of 145 square kilometers according to its master plan.
