PGNiG challenged the decision of the EU court regarding the obligations of Gazprom

“PGNiG hopes that the EU court will share the arguments set out in the appeal, and that Gazprom's actions related to the abuse of dominance will receive a strong response from the EC,” the message says.

Earlier, the EU Court of General Jurisdiction dismissed the claim of the Polish concern PGNiG demanding to annul the decision of the European Commission on the antimonopoly case against Gazprom, adopted in May 2018.
